本文报道４０例胶质瘤患者ＣＳＦ—ＬＤＨ同工酶伽玛刀治疗前后的测定，结果表明：ＣＳＦ—ＬＤＨ同工酶各带含量随着病理性质、剂量大小、照射范围的不同而各具特征。从而提高了它在临床中的实用价值，成为一项可部分取代ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ等昂贵检查的有意义的生化指标 This article reports the determination of CSF-LDH isoenzyme gamma knife in 40 cases of glioma patients before and after treatment, the results showed that: CSF-LDH isozyme band with the pathological nature of the dose, the size of the radiation range of different characteristics .
