一、评奖对象和范围1.第二届鲁彦周文学奖的参评对象为50周岁以下(1964年1月1日后出生)的中青年作者,参评的作者应为安徽籍,或在安徽工作、居住的;非安徽籍作者,或不在安徽工作、居住的,其创作的文学作品须由安徽报刊、出版社正式出版发行,影视作品(编剧)须由安徽影视机构拍摄并已公开播出。2.鲁彦周文学奖每两年评选一次,参评作品的范围暂定为小说和影视文学。第二届
