观察了5只幼兔的胃食管连接处及食管前庭,见此处肌肉可分为外纵肌和内环斜肌两层。外纵肌除食管前庭末端主要为骨骼肌,自前庭始端至其末端逐渐加厚,其平均厚度为175±4.2μm。内环斜肌层可见环行肌束,螺旋形肌束,“扣状肌束”和“压夹式肌束”四种形式。环行肌束位于食管前庭始端,平均厚度为1305±5.6μm。螺旋形肌束和“扣状肌束”位于前庭始端和前庭末端之间,其平均厚度为1400±5.8μm 和3200±4.7μm。“压夹式肌束”位于食管前庭末端,贲门口周缘,其平均厚度为2 000±6.3μm。
Observed 5 young rabbits gastroesophageal junction and esophageal vestibule, where the muscle can be divided into the outer longitudinal muscle and inner oblique two layers. Outside the longitudinal muscle of the esophagus, the vestibular end is mainly skeletal muscle, gradually thickening from the beginning of the vestibular to the end of the vestibule, and the average thickness is 175 ± 4.2μm. Inner oblique muscle layer can be seen ring muscle bundle, spiral muscle bundle, “buckle muscle bundle” and “clip-type muscle bundle” in four forms. Circulating muscle bundle located in the beginning of esophageal vestibule, the average thickness of 1305 ± 5.6μm. Spiral muscular bundles and “button shaped fascia” are located between the anterior vestibular end and the vestibular end with an average thickness of 1400 ± 5.8 μm and 3200 ± 4.7 μm. “Clip-type muscle bundle” is located in the esophageal vestibular end, cardiac periphery, the average thickness of 2 000 ± 6.3μm.
