本文介绍了活塞环离子软氮化工艺的研究,经多炉次的试验和小批生产,检测了大量活塞环在不同工艺处理前后的机械性能和几何尺寸,观测了渗层的金相、硬度、相结构,结果表明情况良好。对软氮化—镀铬环组与其它环组进行了多次台架及装机对比考核,以及两次匹配6105Q型柴油机完成了1000h全速单负荷台架耐久试验,结果表明在高速大负荷(2800r/min,130HP)工作条件下,其使用性能优于全镀铬环组。
In this paper, the research on ion nitrocarburizing of piston rings was introduced. After many times of experiments and small batch production, the mechanical properties and geometrical dimensions of a large number of piston rings before and after different processes were tested. The microstructure and hardness , Phase structure, the results show that the situation is good. The multi-stage bench test and installed test were carried out for the soft nitrided-chrome ring sets and other ring sets, and the durability test of the 10005 full-speed single-load bench was completed with two matched 6105Q diesel engines. The results showed that under high speed and large load (2800r / min, 130HP) working conditions, its performance is better than the whole chrome ring group.
