采用种子微乳液聚合工艺合成了聚苯丙微乳液,用FTIR、DSC、GPC等分析手段研究了微乳聚合物的分子结构。FTIR和DSC测试结果显示出4种单体都参与了共聚反应,无均聚物存在,合成的苯丙微乳液共聚物的Tg约为34.6℃,明显高于理论值(25℃)。GPC分析结果说明苯丙微乳聚合物具有很高的相对分子质量。马尔文纳米粒度及Zeta电位分析仪测定苯丙微乳聚合物平均粒径为38nm,且成正态分布。
The microemulsion polymer was synthesized by seed microemulsion polymerization. The molecular structure of the microemulsion polymer was studied by means of FTIR, DSC and GPC. The results of FTIR and DSC showed that all four monomers were involved in the copolymerization without any homopolymer. The Tg of the synthesized styrene-acrylic microemulsion copolymer was about 34.6 ℃, which was significantly higher than the theoretical value (25 ℃). GPC results show that styrene-acrylic microemulsion polymer has a high relative molecular mass. Malvern nano particle size and Zeta potential analyzer measured styrene microemulsion polymer average particle size of 38nm, and normal distribution.
