1987年12月～1991年8月共检测恶性肿瘤患者54例血清T_3、T_4,以探讨肿瘤患者血清T_3、T_4变化对肿瘤发生、发展的规律以及对患者预后的影响。 1 资料和方法 本组均是经病理证实为恶性肿瘤的住院患者,共54例,男53例,女1例。年龄54～78岁,平均66岁。按国际分期标准分期:胃癌16例,大肠癌12例,其中Ⅱ期8例,Ⅲ期13例,Ⅳ期7例;肺腺癌12例,鳞癌9例,其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ期8例,Ⅲ期1例,Ⅳ期12例;其它肿瘤Ⅰ期1例,Ⅳ期4例。 测定方法:血清T_3、T_4测定采用放免法、正常值:男T_3为1.7～3.4nmol/L,女T_3为1.4～2.9nmol/L,T_4为73～167nmol/L。均在清晨基础
From December 1987 to August 1991, 54 patients with malignant tumors were examined for serum T 3 and T 4 in order to investigate the effects of changes in serum T 3 and T 4 on the occurrence and development of tumors and the prognosis of patients. 1 Materials and Methods In this group, 54 patients were hospitalized with pathologically proven malignant tumors, including 53 males and 1 female. Age 54 to 78 years, average 66 years old. According to international staging criteria, there were 16 cases of gastric cancer and 12 cases of colorectal cancer, including 8 cases of stage II, 13 cases of stage III, 7 cases of stage IV; 12 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 8 cases of stage I to II, There were 1 case in stage III, 12 cases in stage IV, 1 case in other stage I tumors, and 4 cases in stage IV. Measurement method: serum T_3, T_4 determination using radioimmunoassay, normal values: male T_3 1.7 ~ 3.4nmol/L, female T_3 1.4 ~ 2.9nmol/L, T_4 is 73 ~ 167nmol/L. All in the early morning
