图书馆是社会的服务机构,而读者又是图书馆的服务主体,读者出现图书超期等违规行为,不能全部归咎于读者问题,也需从图书馆自身寻找原因。针对图书馆图书超期未及时归还的问题,本文建议从读者及图书馆两个方面分析原因,并采取读者入馆教育、建立免责还书制度和奖励制度、设置弹性的图书借阅期限、开通短信催还业务等对策,从根本上解决图书馆图书超期问题。
Library is the social service agencies, and the reader is the main service of the library, readers appear book expired and other irregularities, can not be entirely attributed to the reader, but also from the library itself to find the reason. Aiming at the problem that library books are not returned in a timely manner, this article suggests analyzing the reasons from reader and library, adopting readers’ education, setting up a disclaimer system and reward system, setting a flexible period of book loan, But also business and other measures to fundamentally solve the problem of library book expiration.
