通过梳理历代主要方书和本草文献中有关十九畏的记载,探讨十九畏药物关系的衍化过程。十九畏为晚成的配伍禁忌,历代用畏、恶、反、忌等来描述十九畏药物之间的关系特点;十九畏的相畏与七情相畏有所区别,十九畏的相忌涉及药食禁忌关系,十九畏的相反主要出现在明清的多部本草著作中,说明随着本草学的发展,对药物配伍禁忌关系的认识逐渐深入,十九畏的禁忌关系也更为复杂。十九畏衍化关系的认识对中药配伍禁忌研究具有一定意义。
