鹅掌楸属树种是珍稀的第三纪孑遗树种,也是优良的用材兼园林绿化树种.开展鹅掌楸属树种研究,不仅具有重大科学意义,而且具有重要的经济和生态价值,但该属的分子生物学研究相对缓慢.本文从分子标记、转录组学、蛋白质组学、基因克隆和转基因等方面对鹅掌楸属树种的分子生物学研究进展进行综述,并就当前亟需解决的问题进行讨论,以期为加快分子生物学技术在鹅掌楸属乃至其他树种研究中的应用提供参考.
Liriodendron species is a rare Tertiary relic species, is also an excellent timber and landscaping species.To study the species of Liriodendron is not only of great scientific significance, but also has important economic and ecological value, but the genus Molecular biology research is relatively slow.This paper reviews the progress of molecular biology research on the tree species of Liriodendron from the aspects of molecular marker, transcriptomics, proteomics, gene cloning and transgene, and makes a brief introduction on the current problems to be solved To provide a reference for accelerating the application of molecular biology techniques in the research of Liriodendron and even other species.
