目的探讨前列腺增生(BPH)致膀胱出口梗阻后对逼尿肌超微结构和其功能的影响。方法以尿流动力学检查为主要依据,术中取膀胱顶部逼尿肌进行超微结构研究。结果正常对照组逼尿肌有“致密带型”超微结构特征。膀胱出口梗阻逼尿肌具有“肌肥大型”超微结构变化。其中7例合并不稳定膀胱,其超微结构为“肌肥大型”加上“连接紊乱型”。结论 BPH梗阻后膀胱功能紊乱与逼尿肌超微结构有特异的关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of BPH on detrusor ultrastructure and its function after bladder outlet obstruction. Methods The urodynamic examination was taken as the main basis. The detrusor muscle of the top of the bladder was taken for ultrastructural study. Results The detrusor in normal control group had “dense belt ” ultrastructural features. Bladder outlet obstruction detrusor has “muscle hypertrophy” ultrastructural changes. Seven of them combined with unstable bladder, the ultrastructure of which was “hypertrophic” and “connective disorder”. Conclusions Bladder dysfunction after BPH obstruction has special relationship with detrusor ultrastructure.
