以生物量为筛选目标,采用二次回归正交旋转试验设计方法对白灵菇深层发酵培养基组成中的玉米淀粉、黄豆粉、MgSO4·7H2O和麸皮4因素的最优化组合及发酵培养条件进行了研究。建立了具有良好预测性能的白灵菇深层发酵工艺模型,并利用回归模型对发酵工艺条件的最优组合及各单因子效应进行了分析。得到最佳培养基:玉米淀粉1.50%、黄豆粉1.50%、MgSO4·7H2O0.16%、麸皮3.50%、KH2PO42%、VB110mg/L。最佳发酵培养条件:培养周期8天,培养基装料量100mL/500mL(三角瓶)、起始pH值6、接种量15%、发酵温度25℃、摇床转数160r/min。
