本文简评了国有企业经营者需求研究的现状,为国有企业经营者需求实证研究提供参考和启示;研究了国有企业经营者需求研究的原则,并依据该原则研究了国有企业经营者的6种主要需求:业绩需求、自我价值补偿需求、职业发展需求、权力需求、职位和生活安全需求以及声誉需求;对国有企业经营者的6种主要需求进行了问卷调查,调查问卷设计采用李克特五级量表的样式。运用调查问卷得到的数据,对国有企业经营者6种主要需求进行了探索性因子检验和验证性因子检验。检验结果表明,国有企业经营者的6种主要需求符合实际情况,具有较强的可信度,可以作为对其激励的内容。
This paper briefly reviews the current situation of the state-owned enterprise managers’demand research and provides reference and inspiration for the empirical research on the state-owned enterprise managers’requirements. Based on the study of the principle of the state-owned enterprise managers’demand research, The main needs: performance needs, self-worth of compensation needs, career development needs, power needs, job and life safety needs and reputation needs; state-owned business managers were the six main needs of a questionnaire survey questionnaire design using Richter five Level gauge style. Using the data from the questionnaire, exploratory factor test and confirmatory factor test were conducted on the six main needs of SOE managers. The test results show that the six main needs of SOE managers are in line with the actual situation, with strong credibility as the content of their motivation.
