2014年6月23日至24日,全国职业教育工作会议在北京召开,国务院印发《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,学生满意度是衡量高职学院教育服务质量的重要参考依据,采用网络问卷调查方式调查长株潭地区高职教育满意度测评的影响因素,包括学校形象和规模满意度、教学服务和实验实训满意度、教师和教学水平满意度、创业和就业满意度、学生自我学习和个人成长满意度、后勤服务满意度、辅导员管理满意度等七个方面,并对影响因素进行分析发现,目前高职教育的学生总体的满意度不够理想。
