基于周界防入侵系统应用,设计制作了35 GHz、主动和被动体制的两种微型毫米波传感器。主动毫米波雷达传感器采取层状结构设计,天线层、射频层与中频信号处理层采用垂直通孔互连,进行系统集成;被动毫米波辐射计传感器采取一体化设计,天线、低噪声放大器、检波器集成在同一块高频板上。该两种微型毫米波传感器均采用自主研制的GaAs MMIC芯片进行MCM(多芯片组件)集成,与传统波导混合集成毫米波传感器相比,体积更小,质量更轻,更易于大规模生产,成本更低,性能一致性更高。
