一、2004年现代化成果管理的一点体会1、抓住一个“盯”字。现代化管理成果是企业管理经验、方法、理念的总结和提炼,它是在我们的工作实践中正确地应用国际、国内先进的管理方法以后,所取得的成果,所以该项工作从立项到全面总结提升,是贯穿全年的一项工作。作为主管专业线,一方面要抓好年初成果的立项,关心过程实施,更要抓好年末的总结工作。要做好两方面的工作,我们的体会是必须紧紧抓住一个“盯”字。现代化成果管理相对于经济技术指标来说,是一个软任务,往往不被人重视,只有靠我们职能管理人员牢牢盯住每个环节,才能真正出成果。上海石化是集团公司范围内管理较为规范的企业,应该有很多好的管理经验,
