侦查理性化是人类社会的共同追求,和谐侦查正是侦查理性化的最佳注脚。《和谐侦查——侦查的冲突与嬗变》论及:侦查的理性化依赖于侦查的内在品质和运行条件,二者相辅相成。其内在品质包括侦查动态性、侦查冲突性、侦查语言和侦查拟像,总体而言则是侦查客观化。侦查理性化的运行条件则是人们的普遍诉求,是科学技术发展的应然结果,也需要法治理念的不断发展与完善。
The rationalization of investigation is the common pursuit of human society.
