常规变电站的智能化改造需要增加过程层设备并改造间隔层设备,施工复杂,对中低电压等级间隔经济性欠佳。提出了采用过程层和间隔层功能一体化智能电子设备(IED)的分散安装配置方案,并设计了功能一体化的新型IED,将合并单元、智能终端功能和测控、保护功能在一台物理设备中实现。介绍了该IED的总体设计方案和软硬件结构,主要由PowerPC主处理模块、数字信号处理器(DSP)数据处理模块、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)综合处理模块和断路器智能控制模块组成。讨论了采样值数据流设计、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)信息的快速处理方法、测控保护功能设计等问题。最后建立了符合IEC 61850标准的一体化IED的信息模型。功能一体化的新型IED软硬件设计合理,性能满足要求,有较好的经济性,可以有效地简化中低电压等级间隔的智能化改造工作。
Conventional substation intelligent transformation needs to increase the process layer equipment and transformation of the interval layer equipment, construction complexity, poor economy of low voltage level interval. A decentralized installation and configuration scheme of integrated intelligent electronic device (IED) using process layer and spacer layer was proposed and a new IED with integrated functions was designed. The combined IEDs, intelligent terminal functions and measurement and control and protection functions were implemented on one physical device In the realization. The overall design scheme and hardware and software structure of the IED are introduced. The system mainly consists of PowerPC main processing module, digital signal processor (DSP) data processing module, field programmable gate array (FPGA) integrated processing module and circuit breaker intelligent control module. This paper discusses the design of sample data flow, the rapid processing of general object oriented substation event (GOOSE) information and the design of measurement and control protection functions. Finally, an integrated IED information model complying with IEC 61850 is established. The integrated IED hardware and software of new functions are well designed, meet the requirements of performance, have better economy, and can effectively simplify the intelligent transformation of low voltage level intervals.
