利用电厂废弃物粉煤灰空心微珠,对其进行表面金属化处理制备了一种低密度的新型微波吸收材料。利用简单、低成本的置换沉积铜法新工艺,进行表面金属化处理。该工艺具有明显的优点:其反应时间缩短到1.5 h;处理工艺由6步简化到3步;无须使用贵金属钯等活化,成本大大降低。研究了改性的粉煤灰空心微珠涂层在8~18GH z频段内的电磁波吸收性能,及金属沉积时间对吸波性能的影响。结果表明:空心微珠经过金属化改性后可以获得较佳的吸波性能,制备的涂层,厚度为0.7~0.8mm,在8~18 GH z频段,电磁波反射率最低达到-16 dB,小于-10 dB的吸收带宽大于2GH z。
A new type of low-density microwave absorbing material was prepared by surface metallization treatment using waste hollow fly ash beads of power plant. The use of simple, low-cost replacement of copper deposition of new technology for surface metallization. The process has obvious advantages: the reaction time is shortened to 1.5 h; the process is simplified from 6 steps to 3 steps; the cost is greatly reduced without the use of noble metal palladium and the like. The effect of electromagnetic wave absorption of the modified fly ash hollow bead coating in 8 ~ 18GH z frequency band and the microwave deposition time on the microwave absorption performance were studied. The results show that hollow microspheres can obtain better absorbing performance after metallized modification. The prepared coatings have a thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm. The lowest reflectance of electromagnetic wave reaches -16 dB at 8-18 GHz, The absorption bandwidth of less than -10 dB is greater than 2 GHz.
