现已公认,同种游离胰岛移植的存活期短于同种皮、肾或心移植。为了探索其原因,作者等通过供~受体间组织相容性程度不同的正常大鼠及用免疫增强或免疫耐受预治的大鼠比较带蒂与游离胰岛移植的后果。实验动物与方法:选用下列纯种大鼠,避免雌雄动物交叉移植:Lewis(L,RTI′)、Fischer(F,RTI′)、Brown Norway(BN-RTI″)及L与BN(LBN)之杂交F1代。
It is now recognized that the survival of the same kind of free islet transplantation is shorter than that of the same skin, kidney or heart transplant. To explore its causes, the authors compared the consequences of pedunculated versus free islet transplantation in rats treated with either immunocompromised or immunocompetent normal rats with varying degrees of histocompatibility for donor to recipient. Experimental animals and methods: The following purebred rats were selected to avoid cross-transplantation between male and female: Lewis (L, RTI ’), Fischer (F, RTI’), Brown Norway (BN-RTI ") and L and BN F1 hybrid generation.
