本文根据工人同志提出的凿岩机钎尾处理新工艺,试验了不同工艺参数对零件表层残余应力状态的影响,指出了渗碳层与心部马氏体转变的先后顺序对表面残余应力状态的影响。还指出渗碳后在渗碳层和心部的Ms点之间的温度等温后淬火,可使表层获得残余压应力,从而提高了疲劳寿命。从获得表层残余压应力的合理分布的观点来看,表面复合强化工艺(如渗碳-氮化、渗碳-高频、渗碳-喷丸或滚压等)可能是一个值得重视的方向。
In this paper, according to the worker’s comrade put forward a new technology of drilling shank brazing tail end, the influence of different process parameters on the residual stress state of the surface of the part was tested. The influence of the order of the carburized layer and the heart martensite on the surface residual stress state was pointed out. Also pointed out that after carburizing carburizing layer and the heart of the Ms point between the temperature isothermal quenching, the surface can be obtained residual compressive stress, thereby increasing the fatigue life. From the point of view of obtaining a reasonable distribution of surface residual compressive stresses, surface recombination strengthening processes such as carburizing - nitriding, carburizing - high frequency, carburizing - shot peening or rolling may be an important direction.
