目的了解护理人员职业防护知、信、行水平现状。方法使用自行设计问卷对两所三级甲等医院从事临床护理工作的300名护士进行调查。结果不同培训状况、年资、学历的护理人员职业防护知识的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);不同培训状况、学历、职称、科室的护理人员之间职业防护信念态度差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);不同年资、科室的护理人员之间职业防护行为的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);护理人员职业防护知识、信念态度和行为呈正相关。结论护理管理者应从增进防护知识和技巧、提高自我防护意识、强化防护行为、改善防护环境多方面着手,努力提高临床护士的自我防护水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of nursing staffs’ occupational protection knowledge, letter and bank level. Methods A total of 300 nurses working in clinical care at two tertiary level A hospitals were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results There was significant difference in occupational protection knowledge among nursing staffs with different training status, seniority and education qualifications (p <0.05). The differences in attitude of occupational protection among nursing staff with different training status, academic qualifications, professional titles and departments were statistically significant (p <0.05). There was significant difference in occupational protection behaviors between nursing staff in different years and departments (p <0.05). There was a positive correlation between occupational protection knowledge, beliefs and behavior of nursing staff. Conclusion Nursing managers should try their best to improve the level of self-protection of clinical nurses by improving the knowledge and skills of protection, raising the awareness of self-protection, strengthening the protective behaviors and improving the protective environment.
