近年来湖州市地板、木工板企业发展迅速,这些企业在生产中产生大量的木屑等可燃生物质废料,为了降低生产成本,这些生物质废料通常直接替代了其原有的层燃炉所用的燃料(煤),不仅减少了燃煤费用,而且降低了SO_2的排放,同时解决了这些生物质废弃物的处理难题,具有良好的节能环保效益。据统计,目前湖州市木、竹制品企业中约有82%的锅炉使用的燃料已改为木屑、竹屑、木柴、砻糠等生物质燃料,年平均燃料费减少支出约40%,经济价值可观~([1])。但是部分层燃锅炉改烧生物质燃料以后出现了安全事故~([2,3]),在进行锅炉检验时,常发现一些影响锅炉安全运行的缺陷,这些缺陷产生的概率远高于同类型燃煤锅炉。本文通过对由燃料改变引起的各种锅炉事故的分析以及检验中的重点。
