债券融资是企业一种重要的直接融资方式,然而我国企业债券市场却发展缓慢,其融资规模小,在企业融资中的地位较低。本文在介绍目前我国企业债券融资现状的基础上,从企业自身因素和企业外部因素两方面进行了分析。
Bond financing is an important way of direct financing for enterprises. However, the corporate bond market in our country has been developing slowly. Its financing scale is small and its position in corporate finance is relatively low. Based on the current status of corporate bond financing in our country, this article analyzes the factors of the enterprise and the external factors of the enterprise.
