西药房是医院分配、发放西药的窗口,其对药物管理质量的高低,在较大程度上影响着患者用药的安全性,与患者的生命健康联系密切。特别对于高危药品,如管理不慎,出现不合理应用或者错误发放等问题,会对患者的身体健康造成严重损害,甚至有生命危险。与此同时,不安全用药事件,还会导致医院声誉、形象受损。因此,为了提高临床用药安全性,树立医疗良好品牌,药房需不断提高高危药品的管理水平,降低医疗事故发生率。
