采用微型烧结、矿相显微分析及扫描电镜能谱分析相结合的方法,研究了F含量对包钢高碱度烧结矿组成与结构的影响规律.研究结果表明,烧结矿中适宜的F含量为0.5%.当F含量低于0.5%时,F具有降低液相粘度、增加液相流动性、减小孔洞尺寸、均匀孔洞分布的作用,可使烧结矿呈现均匀的薄壁多孔结构.但较高的F含量则具有促进枪晶石、抑制铁酸钙和硅酸二钙生成、简化烧结矿组成的作用,易使烧结矿呈现薄壁大气孔结构.
The effect of F content on the composition and structure of high basicity sinter in Baotou Steel was studied by means of micro-sintering, micro-phase analysis and scanning electron microscopy (EDS). The results show that the suitable F content Is 0.5%, when F content is less than 0.5%, F has the effect of reducing liquid viscosity, increasing the fluidity of the liquid phase, decreasing the size of the pores, and evenly distributing the pores, so that the sintered ore can exhibit a uniform thin-walled porous structure. The higher F content has the function of promoting the production of gunite, inhibiting the formation of calcium ferrite and dicalcium silicate, and simplifying the composition of sinter, which makes the sintered ore exhibit thin-walled macropores.
