我国在今年1月1日正式发布实施了《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》,标志着我国在建设不动产登记制度上又有了进一步的发展,我国的法制化建设迈出了十分重要的一步。不动产的统一登记问题是一个一直困扰着政府和广大民众的社会问题,引发了诸多的学者的讨论,通过对不动产登记过程中所遇到的困境分析,不动产的统一登记在全面推进的过程中存在着民众观念薄弱,相关条例欠缺,管理制度不科学等的阻力因素,才会长时间停滞不前。因此,有关部门需要针对此种现状,设立明确的管理条例,以不动产登记的真正“统一”。

Through the analysis of the dilemmas encountered in the real estate registration process, the unified registration of real estate exists in the process of overall promotion For a long period of time, the resistance factors such as the weak people’s concept, the lack of relevant regulations and the unscientific management system will remain stagnant for a long time. Therefore, the relevant departments need to address such situation, the establishment of clear management regulations, real estate registration of the real “unity ”.
