目的:观察丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠血清前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)和前列腺素F_2α(PGF_2α)浓度的影响,探讨丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症治疗作用的机制。方法:建立EMs大鼠模型并将造模成功的大鼠随机分为丹鳖胶囊高剂量组、丹鳖胶囊低剂量组、桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组、模型组、假手术组,每组10只。分别给予丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量药液及桂枝茯苓胶囊混悬液、0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃12d。观察治疗后血PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度的变化。结果:治疗后丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量组和桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于模型组(P<0.05);丹鳖胶囊高剂量组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于丹鳖胶囊低剂量组及桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹鳖胶囊能降低EMs大鼠血清PGE_2及PGF_2α的浓度,这可能是其治疗子宫内膜异位的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Dan Tu Capsule on the concentration of prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) and prostaglandin F_2α (PGF_2α) in endometriosis (EMs) rats, and to explore the therapeutic effect of Dan turtle capsule on endometriosis mechanism. Methods: The rat model of EMs was established and divided into three groups: high-dose Dan-dan capsule group, low-dose Dan-dan capsule group, Guizhifuling capsule control group, model group and sham-operation group . Respectively given Dan Dan capsules high and low doses of liquid and Guizhi Fuling capsule suspension, 0.9% sodium chloride injection gavage 12d. The changes of blood PGE 2 and PGF 2α levels after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, the concentrations of PGE 2 and PGF 2α in Danbie capsule high and low dose group and Guizhi Fuling capsule control group were lower than those in model group (P <0.05); the concentrations of PGE 2 and PGF 2α in Dan-tu capsule high-dose group were lower than those in Dan-dan capsule low-dose group And Guizhi Fuling capsule control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dan-tu capsule can reduce the concentration of serum PGE 2 and PGF 2α in EMs rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of endometriosis.
