随着高新技术企业以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,数控机床的占有率也逐年提高。数控加工成为机械制造业中最基本、最广泛、最重要的一种工艺方法,它直接影响生产的效率、成本、能源消耗和环境保护。通常采用一般的加工方法是很难保证零件加工精度的要求。必须合理的安排工艺,同时合理选择零件加工的装夹方式,切削刀具,切削用量及冷却液,以减少工件加工时产生的误差,保证加工精度,从而提高加工的效率。零件数控加工的程序的编制同样是加工技术中的一个重要环节,手工编制程序已经不能够满足零件加工的质量和效率的要求,CAM软件编程是未来数控加工程序编制的发展方向。
With the rapid development of high-tech enterprises with unprecedented speed, CNC machine tools share also increased year by year. CNC machining has become the most basic, the most extensive and the most important one in the machinery manufacturing industry. It directly affects the production efficiency, cost, energy consumption and environmental protection. Usually using the general processing method is difficult to ensure the accuracy of parts processing requirements.
