工学结合是高职院校人才培养模式的出发点和关键点。本文从分析城市轨道交通运营管理人才需求入手,结合省级示范院校建设中的经验和做法,论述了工学结合的人才培养模式的起点是企业调研,基础是课程设置,依据是课程标准,关键是教学模式,重点提出了学校企业一体化、理论实践融合化、教学资源立体化的教学模式,以及“学生员工化、学习工作化、考核绩效化”的硕岗实习模式。本论文是陕西省教育科学“十二五”规划2012年课题《工学结合背景下高职院校人才培养模式改革的研究与实证》(编号:SGH12641)的成果。
The combination of work and study is the starting point and the key point of the personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges. This article starts with the analysis of the needs of urban rail transit operation and management personnel, and combines the experiences and practices in the construction of provincial-level model colleges and universities. It discusses that the starting point of the personnel training mode based on the combination of work and study is the investigation and study of enterprises, based on the curriculum, based on curriculum standards, Is a teaching mode, focusing on the teaching model of the school enterprise integration, the integration of theoretical practice, and the three-dimensional teaching resources, as well as the “master staff internship mode of student staffing, learning and working, assessment and performance”.
