目的研究昆山市某急救中心院前急救护士发生职业倦怠的状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般自制信息表、职业倦怠量表通用版(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI-GS)和一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)对昆山市某急救中心21名护士进行问卷调查。结果院前急救护士情绪衰竭、玩世不恭评分均高于国内常模;在设定的七项因素中,职业倦怠受护龄、职称因素影响较高,最高检出率分别是85.71%、100.00%;且同一因素,不同人群之间比较,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护士一般自我效能感低,且职业倦怠程度较重,影响因素复杂,值得关注。
Objective To study the condition of occupational burnout among pre-hospital emergency nurses in an emergency center in Kunshan City and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 21 nurses from a certain emergency center in Kunshan City were surveyed by using self-made information form, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) . Results The pre-hospital emergency nurses experienced emotional exhaustion and cynicism scores higher than the national norm. Among the seven factors set, job burnout was significantly affected by seniority and professional title with the highest detection rates being 85.71% and 100.00% respectively. And the same factor, between different groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Prehospital emergency nurses are generally low in self-efficacy, and have a high degree of job burnout and complicated influence factors, which deserve attention.
