目的 研究斑马鱼 (Brachydaniorerio)视网膜 顶盖系统的组织结构。 方法 用组织学和数理统计对顶盖结构和视神经纤维数量及其内、外径进行定量分析。 结果 视网膜分为 10层。顶盖分为 6层 ,总厚度为2 19 73± 8 31μm。斑马鱼神经纤维总数约为 7896 0根 ,神经纤维的平均外径为 0 5 0± 0 18μm ,平均内径为 0 35±0 14 μm。视神经中未见到无髓神经纤维。 结论 以上结果既符合脊椎动物的基本模式又反映出斑马鱼喜光、白昼活动的小型鱼个体类型的特点
Objective To study the tissue structure of the Brachydaniorerio retinal cap system. Methods The histopathological and mathematical statistics were used to quantitatively analyze the number of cap and optic nerve fibers and their inner and outer diameters. The retina was divided into 10 layers. Top cover is divided into 6 layers, the total thickness of 2 19 73 ± 8 31μm. The total number of zebrafish nerve fibers was 78,900, the average outer diameter of the nerve fibers was 0 50 ± 0 18μm and the average internal diameter was 0 35 ± 0 14 μm. No optic nerve without myelinated fibers. Conclusion The above results not only accord with the basic patterns of vertebrates but also reflect the characteristics of the individual types of small fish
