采用溶剂萃取方法,以石油醚作为溶剂,对香蓼浸膏提取工艺进行研究。通过研究不同采收时间、提取部位、浸提方法、浸提时间和栽培品种对香蓼浸膏得率及香气质量的影响,优化香蓼浸膏的提取工艺。结果显示:9、10月份为香蓼采收的最佳时期,且该时期采收的果穗浸膏得率明显高于其他部位;静浸2 h加溶剂循环淋洗4 h可以在最短时间得到高品质的香蓼浸膏,得率高达1.0%。
Solvent extraction method and petroleum ether as solvent were used to study the extraction process of Polygonum capitatum extract. The extraction process of Polygonum capitatum extract was optimized by studying the effects of different harvesting time, extraction site, extraction method, extraction time and cultivars on the extraction yield and the aroma quality of Polygonum hydropiper. The results showed that: the best time to harvest Polygonum hydropiper in September and October was obtained, and the yield of ear extract harvested in this period was obviously higher than that of other parts. The static leaching for 2 h with solvent leaching for 4 h could be obtained in the shortest time High-quality Polygonum extract, yield up to 1.0%.
