目的:探究胫骨平台骨折采用开放复位内固定治疗促进关节恢复的有效性.方法:随机选取我院2014年11月至2019年11月内收治的40例胫骨平台骨折患者,所有患者均实施开放复位内固定治疗,使用Rasmussen胫骨髋部骨折膝关节功能评分量表,统计分析术后1年患者关节功能恢复效果及治疗前后的生活质量(QOL).结果:统计结果显示,术后1年患者的膝关节功能恢复优良率高达85.00％,且有效提高患者的生活质量.结论:对胫骨平台骨折采用开放复位内固定治疗,可有效促进患者关节功能恢复,降低并发症风险,值得临床应用.
