民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织制度和领导制度,也是马克思主义认识论和群众路线在党的生活和组织建设中的运用和体现。因而,坚持和健全民主集中制始终是中国共产党加强自身建设的基本任务之一,也是加强各级领导班子建设的重要内容。
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of the Chinese Communist Party. It is also the application and manifestation of Marxist epistemology and the mass line in the party’s life and organizational construction. Therefore, upholding and perfecting democratic centralism has always been one of the basic tasks of the Chinese Communist Party in building itself up. It is also an important part of strengthening the building of leading bodies at all levels.
