心源性猝死,这一人群健康的最重要问题,至今所知甚少。为了解其机制,掌握心电图的新进展,特别是连续监测技术和冠心病监护仪是必要的。由于在急救和预防并发病而多方面开展专业人员与群众的协作,从而取得使心源性猝死病例复生的新成果。复苏病人及其家属期望医生告知如下问题:1.何谓心源性猝死?2.发生原因如何?3.是否再发?4.如何预防复发? 心源性猝死的定义是:在新症状发生一小时以内由于心脏功能紊乱而引起的突然死亡。也包括虽然已知患有心脏病但病情似乎已经稳定的那些病人在内。至于早已确诊、且病情继续加重、心功紊乱
