目前随着国有企业经过战略性改组、转换经营机制和各方面的配套改革后整体素质的提高,我国乡镇企业已经逐渐失去了原有的那些历史负担较轻、经营机制较灵活、天然较贴近市场经济等特有的优势,而它们从总体上来说技术起点较低、生产规模较小、布局分散、经营粗放、管理不善、效益不高等劣势便日益显现出来。如果不能尽快地在整体素质上有一个大的提高,乡镇企业将不仅难以再负重任,而且将会被汹涌澎湃的市场经济大潮所冲垮。乡镇企业还有多大的发展潜力?要提高素质应当在哪些方面下功夫?为此,我们在今年四五月间到江浙一带作了一番调查研究,有重点地看了一些企业,其中之一就是江苏双良集团公司。

To what extent should we improve the quality of our efforts? To this end, in April and May this year, we went to Jiangsu and Zhejiang area made some research, focusing on a number of companies, one of them Jiangsu Liang Liang Group.
