通过金相观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段,对有生产缺陷的铸坯进行分析。分析结果表明:铸坯中间裂纹的形成主要是杂质元素的偏析造成的,特别要严格控制S元素的含量;同时从炼钢、浇注、生产工艺、设备等方面进行系统的分析,发现它们对中间裂纹的形成都有不同程度的影响,并采取了有效的措施,使中间裂纹得到控制。
Through the metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis and other means of detection, there are defects in the production of slab analysis.
