丝杠是机床在切削过程中实行均匀进给和精确加工的关键零件。因此改善丝杠的耐磨性和保持精度的持久性是提高机床质量的一个重要方面。我们采用气体软氮化对七级和七级以下精度的丝杠进行了表面强化试验。实践证明,气体软氮化是提高丝杠耐磨性和延长其使用寿命的一项有效工艺措施。而且该工艺操作方便,设备简单,质量稳定,便于推广应用。现将C6150车床的床鞍丝杠进行气体软氮化工艺生产的情况介绍如下;
Screw is the machine tool in the cutting process of uniform feeding and precision machining of the key components. Therefore, to improve the wear resistance of screw and to maintain the durability of precision is to improve the quality of the machine is an important aspect. We use gas nitrocarburizing on the surface of seven or less level of precision screw test. Practice has proved that gas nitrocarburizing is to improve the wear resistance of lead screw and extend its service life of an effective process. And the process is easy to operate, simple equipment, stable quality, easy to promote the application. Now C6150 lathe screw saddle gas nitrocarburizing gas production process described below;
