空冷支架结构下部为大直径群柱,上部为钢桁架平台,结构抗风设计时许多参数还不清楚。为掌握该类结构风压分布规律,对1∶150的刚性模型,进行风洞试验研究。同时利用FLUENT6.1流体软件对结构管柱所处风场进行数值模拟,获取不同工况下管柱的整体体形系数。详细介绍风洞试验结果与管柱表面风压试验数据处理方法,将试验结果与数值模拟结果进行对比,验证了CFD数值模拟技术的可行性。
The lower part of the air-cooled bracket structure is a large diameter group column, and the upper part is a steel truss platform. Many parameters of the wind-resistant design of the structure are not yet clear. In order to grasp the wind pressure distribution law of this kind of structure, the wind tunnel test was conducted on the 1: 150 rigid model. At the same time, the FLUENT6.1 fluid software is used to simulate the wind field of the structural pipe string, and the overall shape coefficient of the pipe string under different conditions is obtained. The wind tunnel test results and the pipe surface wind pressure test data processing methods are introduced in detail. The test results are compared with the numerical simulation results to verify the feasibility of CFD numerical simulation technology.
