目的通过对某新建PET/CT中心的放射防护措施安全性评价,论证该PET/CT中心投入运行时的辐射安全性及对周围公众的影响。方法通过对建设项目场所设计资料的审查,确认其布局是否符合放射卫生学的要求;通过对工程屏蔽设计的审查与核实,论证项目主体工程屏蔽设计是否合理;通过对放射工作场所安全系统的分析,论证该项目所采取的辐射安全措施是否可行。结论经估算,该建设项目放射工作场所各功能用房屏蔽设计符合辐射安全原则,只要按照审核的屏蔽设计进行建设,在保证施工质量前提下,能够有效的屏蔽放射性核素和PET/CT运行时产生的放射线。
