波尔多地区位于法国西南部,是众所周知的世界葡萄酒之都。波尔多葡萄高质量的决定因素,一方面是由于历史的原因推动了波尔多地区葡萄栽植和酿酒业的发展;另一方面是适于葡萄植物生长发育的生态条件(气侯与土壤);第三个因素,也是十分重要的因素,就是在前两个因素的影响下所形成的独特的葡萄园操作管理方式;栽培方式就是其中最重要的一个方面。
Bordeaux region is located in southwestern France, is well known as the world wine capital.
