本文利用苯基三氯硅烷分子和硅胶表面羟基反应制备了苯基化硅胶。测定了苯基化硅胶在不同热处理温度下的物理结构数据、水蒸气吸附量和润湿热,并用差热分析研究了若干苯基化硅胶的热稳定性。结果表明:上述诸性质随热处理温度升高而不连续地变化着,即实验数据常有两个转折点,在150℃有一最小值,在500~600℃有最大值。这分别是由于亲水硅胶表面羟基的苯基化作用以及苯基化硅胶的有机化层的破坏所致。
Phenylated silica gel was prepared by the reaction of phenyltrichlorosilane molecules with the hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica gel. The physical structure data, water vapor adsorption capacity and wetting heat of phenylated silica gel at different heat treatment temperatures were measured. The thermal stability of some phenylated silica gel was studied by differential thermal analysis. The results show that these properties change discontinuously with the increase of the heat treatment temperature. The experimental data often have two turning points, a minimum at 150 ℃ and a maximum at 500-600 ℃. This is due to the phenylacetylation of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the hydrophilic silica gel and the destruction of the organic layer of the phenylated silica gel, respectively.
