吡啶——(2——偶氮——4)间苯二酚(PAR)——H_20_2法比色测定五氧化二釩,常用氟化钠、EDTA、柠檬酸络合铁、铜,钛、钼等干扰元素,显色后不够稳定;因氟化钠严重腐蚀玻璃器皿,给生产带来困难。我们对掩蔽剂进行了比较试验,实践证明,在pH1——1.5的柠檬酸铵缓冲液中,以六偏磷酸钠和DCTA为络合剂,可不分离干扰元素,直接进行釩的测定,3小时内消光值稳定不变,能满足生产要求。
