中国土木工程学会、中国建筑学会结构委员会于1965年6月29日至7月7日在哈尔滨召开了房屋结构和动力机械基础振动学术会议。参加会议的有119位代表。会议共收到论文100篇,会上宣读了8篇。会议按振动设备基础、有振动设备的单层厂房、有振动设备的多层厂房和精密车间及实验室的防微振四个专题,进行了分组讨论。一、锻锤和空气压缩机基础 (1)地基弹性均压系数C_z值的确定:过去确定C_z值的方法很粗略,而且没有考虑土的分层情况。会上,胡定同志提出从土的弹性模量推求C_z值的公式,以及求双层土地基C_z值的公式,在理论上有一定价值。潘复兰同志提出用高低压模方法确定分层土的综合C_z值,刘纯康等同志提出用
