山西省临汾市尧都区农机局为推进我国旱作农业科技进步,从1992年建立了保护性耕作试验、示范区,经过10年的研究、试验,确立了保护性耕作技术体系,并研制了不同类型的免耕播种机、深松机,该技术以保土、保水、保环境、降低生产成本、提高作物产量为主要特点,对防止沙尘暴有着积极的意义。2001年7月承担国家农业科技跨越计划项目——机械化保护性耕作中试基地,已建立标准示范区400hm~2,对专用机具进行了考核,使该技术体系更加完善。2002年5月农业部保护性耕作现场会在此召开后,进一步推动了该技术在全国各地的发展,各省、市、县近40个单位到示范区进行考察、参观。目前尧都区保护性耕作已发展到4000hm~2,为改善当地中、低产田生产环境,确保粮食安全生产,创出了一条农业可持续发展之路。

Nearly 40 units from provinces, cities and counties went to the demonstration area for inspection and visit. At present, the area of conservation tillage in Yaodu District has been developed to 4000hm ~ 2. In order to improve the production environment of medium and low-yielding fields in the local area and ensure the safe production of food, a road of agricultural sustainable development has been established.
