目的:观察普济煎液对EB病毒早期抗原及壳抗原表达的抑制作用。方法:用间接萤光法测定普济煎液对Raji细胞EB病毒早期抗原及B95-8细胞EB病毒壳抗原表达的抑制作用。计算抑制率(IR)=(对照组阳性细胞百分率-药物处理组阳性细胞百分率)/对照组阳性细胞百分率×100%。结果:普济煎液对Raji细胞EB病毒早期抗原及B95-8细胞EB病毒壳抗原表达均有抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度的增加而增强。结论:普济煎液对EB病毒早期抗原及壳抗原表达有一定抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Puji decoction on Epstein-Barr virus early antigen and shell antigen expression. Methods: Indirect fluorescent method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of Puji decoction on Epstein-Barr virus antigen and Epstein-Barr virus envelope antigen expression in Raji cells. Calculated inhibition rate (IR) = (percentage of positive cells in the control group - percentage of positive cells in the drug-treated group) / percentage of positive cells in the control group × 100%. Results: Puji decoction could inhibit the expression of Epstein-Barr virus antigen and Epstein-Barr virus envelope antigen in Raji cells, and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increase of concentration. Conclusion: Puji decoction has certain inhibitory effect on EBV early antigen and shell antigen expression.
