农村思想政治工作是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。做好这一工作,对于提高农民素质,维护社会稳定,实现农业和农村的现代化建设目标,具有重要意义。最近,笔者就这一问题到安徽省阜阳市进行了凋研。经过调研,笔者感到,新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放以来,农村思想政治工作取得了显著成绩。总体上看,农民的思想政治意识明显增强,对有中国特色社会主义建设充满信心。但随着改革的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,农村思想政治工作中也遇到不少新的问题,主要表现为: Ideological and political work in rural areas is an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Doing this work is of great significance to improving the quality of peasants, safeguarding social stability and realizing the goal of agricultural and rural modernization. Recently, I conducted a research study on this issue in Fuyang City, Anhui Province. After investigation, I feel that since the founding of new China, especially since the reform and opening up, the rural ideological and political work has made remarkable achievements. Overall, the peasants’ ideological and political awareness has been significantly enhanced and they are full of confidence in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, with the continuous deepening of reform and the development of the socialist market economy, many new problems have also been encountered in the ideological and political work in rural areas.
