在当前越来越多的企业推行精细化现场管理法的这一个大背景下,而且在外部对于飞机制造有着更为严格的高质量要求,因此,我国的飞机制造企业应该在飞机的制造过程中逐渐引入,尤其是以精细化现场管理法为代表的精细化管理模式,从而不断提高飞机制造过程中的生产质量和飞机的产品质量。从精细化现场管理法及其主要内容谈起,简要探讨了精细化现场管理法在飞机制造企业中的应用,以期对飞机制造企业实施精细化管理能有所裨益。
In the current background of more and more enterprises to implement the refined on-site management law, and more stringent high-quality requirements for aircraft manufacturing outside, therefore, China’s aircraft manufacturers should be in the aircraft manufacturing process Gradually introduced, in particular the meticulous management model represented by the meticulous on-site management approach so as to continuously improve the quality of production and the quality of aircraft products in the aircraft manufacturing process. From the elaboration of on-site management law and its main contents, this paper briefly discusses the application of elaborated on-site management law in aircraft manufacturing enterprises in the hope of realizing fine management for aircraft manufacturing enterprises.
