为了深入贯彻落实《国家侨务工作发展纲要》和全国侨办主任会议的精神,强化沈阳侨务干部理论素养和业务能力,进一步提升沈阳侨务工作整体水平,4月28日,沈阳市侨办组织举办了全市侨务干部培训班,特邀辽宁省侨办侨政处吴丽欣处长做了专题授课。培训班上,吴丽欣处长就侨务工作理论、政策法规、基础知识以及如何做好新时期侨务工作做了全面系统的讲解。她通过侨务工作案例介绍,使培训学习变得直观生动、饱满实用,深化了侨务知识的内涵,又增强了辅导的实效。沈阳市侨办罗丽副主任就如何做好当前沈阳市侨务工作强调了几点意见:一是各级侨务部门要加强学习,进一步提高对侨务工作的认识,树立“有为才有位”的思想,找准侨务工作与本地区、本部门中心工作结合点。同时,向领导积极宣
