被国内外专家称为“世界上最富挑战性”的小浪底水利枢纽,是治理黄河的关键性控制工程,也是世界银行在中国最大的贷款项目。在长达11年的建设中,工程建设经受了各方面的严峻考验,克服了许多意外的风险因素,难得地节余投资38亿元,占到总投资的近11％。12月5日,黄河小浪底水利枢纽通过了由水利部组织的工程部分初步验收。专家建议该工程施工质量等级定为优良。
Known by domestic and foreign experts as “the world’s most challenging” Xiaolangdi Water Control Project, it is the key control project for the Yellow River, and it is also the World Bank’s largest loan project in China. During the 11 years of construction, the project construction has withstood severe tests in various fields and overcome many unforeseen risk factors, resulting in a rare investment of 3.8 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 11% of the total investment. On December 5th, the Xiaolangdi Water Control Project of the Yellow River passed preliminary acceptance by the Ministry of Water Resources. Experts suggest that the construction quality of the project be rated as excellent.
